Bonaccini at the Albinelli: “Historic markets to protect and promote”

The President of the Emilia-Romagna Region Stefano Bonaccini visited the Mercato Albinelli in Modena, accompanied by Prefect Camporota, councillor Ludovica Ferrari and the Consortium management.

Bonaccini called the Albinelli “one of the best historic markets in Italy, in Europe and probably in the world“, stressing the importance of national protection for these heritage institutions.

He highlighted the role of historic markets in promoting excellent food and wine products, in synergy with the UNESCO heritage of Piazza Grande and the Ghirlandina tower. During the visit, the exhibition «Voi siete qui: ovunque» by Annalisa Vandelli was inaugurated.
