We have been at the Market for 66 years. You will find Parmigiano Reggiano, gorgonzola, wonderfully artisanal mascarpone and pecorino cheeses. Of our own production, and worth a mention: pasta e fagioli with maltagliati, polenta, calzagatti, passatelli and various cheese-based breaded specialities.
