BEEF STRIPS
Ingredients (serves 2):
300 g beef strips
200 g Pachino cherry tomatoes
40 g Parmigiano or Grana shavings
1 handful of fresh rocket
Oil, salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan with a clove of garlic.
Add the beef strips and cook over low heat to keep them tender.
Unisci i pomodorini Pachino, regola di sale e pepe e lascia cuocere finché si forma un bel sughetto.
Serve on a bed of fresh rocket and finish with Parmigiano shavings.
