class=\"column\"><p>400 g cleaned pumpkin<\/p><p>200 g potatoes<\/p><p>About 500 ml vegetable stock<\/p><p>Plain yoghurt (optional)<\/p><p>Turmeric and pumpkin seeds to taste<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><p><strong>Method: <\/strong><\/p><div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\"><div class=\"layoutArea\"><div class=\"column\"><p>Cook the pumpkin and potatoes until soft.<\/p><p>Transfer them to a container and blend with a ladle of hot stock.<\/p><p>Add stock a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.<\/p><p>Plate and finish with yoghurt
